1. Controller
Qino UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Trentiner Ring 8 a, 86356 Neusäß, Germany. Represented by Tobias Raimund Geh. E-mail: info@qino.info.
2. Website access and hosting
When you access the website, hosting providers may process your IP address, access time, requested URL, browser information and technical logs. This serves website delivery, access control and security.
Where Qino is responsible for this processing, its basis is the legitimate interest in a secure, functioning website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
This website is hosted by IONOS. The provider processes technical access data to deliver the website and ensure its security and stability. Further information on processing and retention is available in the linked IONOS privacy notice.
3. Enquiry assistant and calculator
Entries in the enquiry assistant and calculator are processed in your browser. The website does not send those entries to a server or store them persistently. Copying and downloading take place on your device. The email function opens your draft; only your own sending transmits its contents.
4. Contact enquiries
If you send an enquiry, contact details and its contents are processed to respond and, where relevant, prepare a contract. The bases are Article 6(1)(b) GDPR or, for business contacts, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
5. Retention
Enquiry data is retained only as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and meet legal obligations. Hosting data processed technically is subject to the respective platform providers’ retention periods.
6. Cookies, analytics and external services
Qino's page code sets no analytics or advertising cookies, uses no external fonts and saves no language preference in the browser. Necessary cookies used by the hosting and sign-in platform must be considered separately.
The “Login” and “Meeting” labels in the footer have no links. These elements do not open external services or transfer data to them.
7. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent for the future and complain to a supervisory authority.
